For the meeting in the Metropolis GZM was invited as an expert Mr. Sławomir Huczała, Co-owner and Chief Engineer of Spartaqs. During the discussion on the methodology of testing the concentration of gases contained in the chimney smoke, he proposed an innovative and effective method of obtaining smoke samples by collecting them with a drone system to a specialized gel. A sample obtained in this way can be evidence in court, which cannot be done by the methods currently used. The possibility of issuing a ticket for illegal waste incineration will become available and feasible in this case.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the cities of Katowice, Gliwice, Ruda Śląska, Sosnowiec, Siemianowice and Bytom, representatives of the Civil Aviation Office, the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Construction, the Polish Development Fund and the Municipal Guard. The host was the Silesian Metropolis.
