An article by Robert Przybylski was published on the logistyka.rp.pl website called „In three years, mass drone transport services will start in Poland”. It contains the information about the National Drone Information System, which is scheduled to be launched in 2023, air traffic and digital space security, legal regulations and drone insurance.
Aleksandra Borowska, the president of Spartaqs, also spoke about the readiness of the Polish drone industry. “In April, the drone of the Polish company Spartaqs made a non-visible flight between two hospitals. It was the first such flight in Poland and the first successfully carried out in Europe. It showed that the implementation of transport services by drones in automatic mode in BVLOS (out of visibility) is possible to be carried out in a safe, efficient and coordinated manner. “
The flight over Warsaw as well as other activities of Spartaqs show that the UAV industry is ready to act today. The question is when Polish officials and decision-makers will be ready to act.
