The system allows for a fully automated flight, without the operator’s participation – the operator supervises the flight but does not interfere in its implementation. Thanks to this, flights are also possible in very difficult weather conditions, including reduced visibility.<\/p>\n

A dedicated cargo module allows for quick and reliable loading and unloading of the cargo cassette by personnel on the take-off and landing platform.<\/p>\n

The Drone Transport System technology has been developed at Spartaqs over the last 3 years. The originator of the project and the initiator of its creation is S\u0142awomir Hucza\u0142a – Chief Designer and co-owner of Spartaqs.<\/p>\n

In April 2020, the procedure of admitting the HERMES V8M dronoid for automatic BVLOS flights in U-Space was completed. This became the starting point for the creation of further elements of the DST system, which Spartaqs is successively implementing.<\/p>\n

At the beginning, Spartaqs, together with the Central Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Interior and Administration, undertook preparations for the implementation of the system in the area of the province. Dronomats are used to send and receive shipments by BSP units.<\/p>\n

Transport missions are performed by Spartaqs dedicated dronoid platforms.<\/p>\n

Depending on the weight of the shipment and the length of the route, the system will independently select the appropriate platform that will wait for the shipment in the appropriate dronomat.<\/p>\n

A historic event – the transport of biological material for SARS-CoV-2 virus testing in Warsaw<\/span> took place on April 29, 2020.<\/p>\n
